The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is hosting the 2024 K-pop World Festival Regional Preliminary in Ethiopia. The Embassy invites anyone interested in K-pop to join the festival by submitting a performance video.

ㅇ Date and Venue : 15 June, 2024, 14:00  /  Oromo Cultural Center

ㅇ Performance Field : K-pop Dance or Vocal

ㅇ How to Apply

  - Submit the application form along with the sample video in order to participate the competition

  - Length of Video : 3-5 minutes

  - Deadline : 2 June, 2024

    ※ The video should clearly show the performance of all participants.

    ※ No special effects are allowed.

  - Submission : ethiopiakoreaemb@gmail.com

    ※ The Embassy will present a gift to all participating teams.

ㅇ Maximum three teams will be selected in the Regional Preliminary and they will advance to the World Final Round online in August. Those who pass this final round will get an opportunity to visit Korea for the 2024 K-pop World Festival in Changwon in October 2024.
