1) Attendance of various Events · Meetings (For a conference, sport event, art/culture event, conference, competition or audition for non-profit)

① Documents proving purpose of stay / introducing the Meeting

② Invitation Letter

③ Documents related with establishment of the institute opening the meeting (a copy of certificate of business registration, a copy of corporation certificate, etc. Certificate of business registration must have been issued within 3 months of submission)

④ Documents related with the invitee (Either one of these :School letter/ Employment letter etc)  

※ Additional letter for those who attend international conference.
International organisation may not have certificate of business registration in Korea.
You can submit
- A letter from the local committee stating that they put together the conference on behalf of the international organisation.
- Certificate of business registration of the local committee. Certificate of business registration must have been issued within 3 months of submission

2) Minors whose either biological parent is Korean national / Minors whose either biological parent has married to a Korean national and kept their marriage for more than one year.

① Documents proving purpose of stay / introducing the Meeting

③ Documents related with Inviting parties (a copy of family register, a copy of resident registration, a front and back copy of a certificate of residence, etc)(호적등본, 주민등록등본, 주민등록증 앞·뒷면 사본 등)

④ Document which proves that he/she is a biological child

⑤ Documents related with the invitees(I.D card, family registry specified all family members, etc)

3) Students who are going to Korea for study under 90 days: short term language course etc.

① Documents related with the invitee (Either one of these :School letter/ Employment letter etc)

② Invitation Letter

③ Documents related with the establishment of the institute opening the meeting (a copy of business certificate, a copy of corporation certificate, etc.) Certificate of business registration must have been issued within 3 months of submission

1) Tourism in General

① Documents related with the applicant (Either one of these :School letter/ Employment letter/Marriage Certificate etc)

② Continuous Bank Statements from the UK for the last 3 months.  
  - The balance of the last month up to the date of application has to be more than ￡1500
  - Statement has to be issued within the Last Two Weeks
i.e) If you apply on 1st June, you need to submit from 1st March to 1st June(or 18th Februrary to 18th May, since 2 weeks time is given). Additionally, You need to hold or possess more than 1,500 pounds for the last whole one month(1st May 1st June or 18th April to 18th May).

  - We Do Not Accept Internet banking/Cash Point/ATM  or Mini Statements as the Evidence of Funds

③ Return Flight Tickets
  - It does not need to be actual tickets. Booking confirmation will be accepted.
  - Submit flight scheduele from U.K to Korea and Korea back to the U.K. (The whole journey, including transit flight.)

④ Hotel booking information (Address and contact number) or address and contact number in Korea where you will stay.
  - Hotel booking confirmation need to contain your name on it.
  - Everyone's name need to be included, even if you are staying with your friend or family.

2) Tourism: for Chinese Nationals

① Documents related with the applicant (Either one of these :School letter/ Employment letter/Marriage Certificate etc)

② Continuous Bank Statements from the UK for the last 3 months 
  - The balance of last month up to the date of application has to be more than ￡1500
  - Statement has to be issued within the Last Two Weeks

② Continuous Bank Statements from the UK for the last 3 months 
(* If you hold UK indefinite Visa or Work permit, you can skip this documents.)
  - The balance of the last month up to the date of application has to be more than ￡1500
  - Statement has to be issued within the Last Two Weeks

③ Copy of medical institution's business registration certificate or inviter permit certificate

④ Doctor's letter and reservation confirmation letter

⑤ Additional Documents when the patient invites family members:Documents proving family relationship (Either one of these: a copy of family register, a Birth Certificate, a marriage Certificate etc)
