This is to inform that the 102nd TOPIK exam will take place as scheduled on October 18, 2025, and has not been canceled.

Key Information:

1. Proof of Registration:

   Please note that the official TOPIK website is currently unavailable due to a fire at the National Information Resources Service.

   Please verify that the name on your proof of registration matches exactly with the one on your passport or ID card. If there is a discrepancy, kindly send an email with your name, ID, and proof of registration to:
gaanastasia21@mofa.go.kr.

2. Test Venue:

   The exam will be held at Free University of Tbilisi, Computer Test Room.

3. Arrival Time:

   Candidates are advised to arrive 30 to 40 minutes before the entry time(9:10 AM) to avoid overcrowding.

4. Prohibited Items:

   Please note that the following items are not allowed in the test room:

• ●Smart watches

• ●Smart glasses

• ● Caps, hats

• ● Smartphones

• ● Water bottles

 Please do not bring any unnecessary items. Devices equipped with artificial intelligence technology, including but not limited to camouflage recording and filming devices, as well as AI translation and writing tools, are strictly prohibited. Any individual found in possession of or using such devices during the TOPIK exam will face a penalty, which includes a two year ban from taking the examination. This regulation is in place to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of the examination process.

5. Pens:

   Do not bring your own pen as a special pen will be provided in the test room.
