KOICA Scholarship 2026-2027 is a fully funded Master’s and Doctoral scholarship program offered by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) under its CIAT (Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow) initiative.

The program is designed for government officials and public sector employees from developing countries. Its main goal is to help these professionals gain advanced knowledge in South Korea and use it to support development back home.
