Notice Online Appointment Booking System

DATE: 2021-12-27

All visitors are required to schedule an appointment in order to submit applications. Arrangement is available through the 365 Overseas Korean Portal website (https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do) instead of calling the Embassy.

※ For collection of document/passport, appointment is not required.

Reservation should be made under the name of the person visiting the Embassy. Please book a separate appointment for each applicant and each application. For example, if you want to apply with your family, you have to book separate appointment for each family member (3 children = 3 appointments).

After your entry in the system, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your appointment by e-mail. Visitors are required to present the reservation confirmation email in hard copy or soft copy on the appointment date before entry into the Embassy.
