1. The recent attack by Israel on the State of Qatar is an unacceptable act that violates the territorial sovereignty of the State of Qatar. The government of the Republic of Korea expresses its grave concern that this attack could further escalate instability in the region.

2. The government of the Republic of Korea highly appreciates Qatar’s mediation efforts for peace in the Middle East, and calls on the parties concerned to make every effort toward an immediate ceasefire and the release of all hostages.
