Seoul Circus Festival 2025 

Open Call for International Programs

Seoul Circus Festival 2025 (co-hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan City and the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture) is Korea's first and largest circus festival. It is now open for applications for international participation.

ㅇ Date: 3rd - 5th May, 2025

ㅇ Venue: Nodeul Island, Seoul, Korea

ㅇ Performance Requirements: Outdoor performances, including circus arts, with a maximum duration of 40 mins

ㅇ Eligibility: Individual artists or groups working in circus arts and based outside of Korea

ㅇ Required Documents: ※ The total file size must not exceed 50MB

ㅇ How to Apply: Submit all required documents via email to seoulcircusfestival@gmail.com

ㅇ Applications Deadline: January 5, 2025 24:00(KST)

  - Please find the application form and the application guidelines from the attachment.

ㅇ Festival Provides:

  - Performance fee (5,000,000 KRW Maximum - Net of Tax)

  - Accommodation & Per diem(Per diem will be 30,000 KRW per person a day.)

  - Pick-up service from the airport

  - Technical support(common sound and lighting system at the site)

  - PR(Website, Social Media,Festival Program book, Press Promotion)

※ Airfare & Cargo transportation costs are NOT included

※ Performance fee may be adjusted during the selection process
