I held my first meeting with the President of the European Council, António Costa, and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

The EU is Korea’s third-largest trading partner and the largest investor in Korea. As this year marks the 15th anniversary of ROK-EU Strategic Partnership, we agreed to further deepen our cooperation in various areas, including clean energy, health and security.
