Procedure
During the Pandemic, processing time takes up 14 days (*excluding application date)
(When it requires additional supporting documents or needs further verification, the processing time may take more than 14 days)

General Requirements for all Visa Application
① Valid passport ( passport must be valid for more than six months at the time of application submission)
② A copy of the biographic data page of the applicant’s passport
③ 1 passport photo (size 35mm x 45mm, color) must be attached on the visa application form
④ Completed visa application form
   - General Visa Applicants must be fill out VISA APPLICATION FORM
   - Visa Issuance Confirmation Number holders must fill out VISA ISSUANCE CONFIMATION FORM
⑤ A copy of national registration card
⑥ Health Condition Report Form
⑦ Agreement to Facility Quarantine or Consent to Quarantine
⑧ Tuberculosis test result (If you stay over 90 days)
