1. Eligibility to apply for a Competition Participation Visa (C-4-5)

You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are

A person who receives or will receive monetary compensation that is more than the living expenses and is other than cash prizes, in return for participating competitions on sports, Badook, or singing.

2. Required Documents

① Visa Application Form (Fill out online, printed, and signed)

② Physical Passport (more than 6 months valid) & Copy (personal information section with photo)

- For Non-Norwegian or Non-Icelandic passport holders are required to submit a residence certificate (Utskrift av registrerte opplysninger, Bostedsattest, etc) or a copy of residence card (Non-EU citizens) to apply for a visa through us.

③ Invitation Letter or Attendance Confirmation issued by the host institution (주최 측이 발급한 초청장 또는 참가확인서)

④ Contract that indicates the wages/incentives for participating events (행사참가 시 지급되는 보수 또는 수당 등이 기재되어 있는 계약서 등)

- If such details are written on the invitation letter, you do not have to submit the contract.

3. Please Note

❍ Please be informed that it takes about 10 working days to issue a visa after submitting all physical documents to the Embassy. Reservation is required before visiting the Embassy.

❍ C-4-5 visa can be applied for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months. Periods of stay will be granted for up to 90 days for the single-entry visa.
