- Prepare required documents for a visa application (Applies to all visas)
- A. Physical Passport (more than 6 months valid) & Copy (personal information section with photo) For Non-Norwegian or Non-Icelandic passport holders are required to submit a residence certificate (Bostedsattest) or a copy of residence card (Non-EU citizens) to apply for a visa through us.

- The application should have barcode at the top-right corner of the first page. Hand-written application will not be accepted.

- D. Visa Fee
- Single-entry visa for a stay of no more than 90 days: 400 NOK
- Single-entry visa for a stay of more than 90 days: 600 NOK
- Double-entry visa: 700 NOK
- Multiple-entry visa: 900 NOK
- Visit the Embassy and submit the signed visa application form and required documents
- Please note that the Embassy does not provide print services.
- Reservation is required before visiting the Embassy for any matter. For how to make a reservation, click here.
- Pick up your visa and passport at the Embassy
- Please be informed that it takes about 10 working days to issue a visa after submitting all physical documents to the Embassy.
- All submitted documents with visa application will not be returned to the applicant except the passport.
- We no longer issue sticker-type visa in your passport. For how to print out the granted visa, click here.
- Citizens of the countries below must apply for a visa from their home country
- Norwegian/Icelandic permanent resident
- Who has lived in Norway/Iceland for more than 2 years
- Spouse/Minor of a Norwegian/Icelandic citizen/permanent resident (Proof documents required)
