1. Eligibility to apply for a Short-Term Work Visa (C-4-5)
You are eligible to apply for this visa if you are
A service provider who has been dispatched to the Republic of Korea based on a various services contract and who earns wages, including living expenses, from a government-owned company or a private corporation.
※ Even if wages are paid by overseas company rather than in the Republic of Korea, the service provider should apply for the C-4 visa.
※ Manual labor does not qualify for the C-4 visa.
2. Required Documents
① Visa Application Form (Fill out online, printed, and signed)

② Physical Passport (more than 6 months valid) & Copy (personal information section with photo)
- For Non-Norwegian or Non-Icelandic passport holders are required to submit a residence certificate (Utskrift av registrerte opplysninger, Bostedsattest, etc) or a copy of residence card (Non-EU citizens) to apply for a visa through us.
③ Invitation letter issued by host company in Korea (국내 초청회사의 초청장)
④ Copy of Business Registration Certificate issued by host company in Korea (국내 초청회사의 사업자등록증 사본)
⑤ Dispatch order issued by applicant's company (신청인 회사의 파견명령서)
⑥ Service contract or purchase order between Korean company and applicant's company (국내 초청회사와 신청인 회사간 용역계약서, 구매계약서, 사업수주계약서 사본 중 하나)

❍ Please be informed that it takes about 10 working days to issue a visa after submitting all physical documents to the Embassy. Reservation is required before visiting the Embassy.
❍ C-4-5 visa can be applied for a single-entry visa valid for 3 months. Periods of stay will be granted for up to 90 days.
