"Takk, Norge! (Thank you, Norway!)"

This Thursday (25 June) marks the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the Korean War in 1950. In commemorating the sacrifice and contribution by the Norwegians during the war, the Embassy is exhibiting 24 thanking banners on the Karl Johans gate near the Slottsparken from today to Thursday (22 to 25 June) this week.

The Embassy is hosting a photo contest, and we ask you to send in your best photos of you alongside the banners. The best photos in each of the following categories will win a prize from the Embassy.

1) Best quality picture
2) Most creative picture
3) Pictures in special attire
4) Happiest or finniest picture
5) Picture showing cooperation between Korea and Norway
