The South Korea film ‘Parasite’ directed by Bong Joon Ho, won Best Picture, Best Director, Original Screenplay, and International Feature Film at the 92nd Academy Awards on Monday February 10^th.

Director Bong Joon Ho has also won the Palme d'Or at the 2019 Cannes film festival and won four Academy Awards this year, it is the most splendid achievement in the 100 years of Korean cinema.

This is the first time in the 92 years of the history of the Academy Awards that a non-English language film has won Best Picture.
