The applicant must have resided in New Zealand for at least 6 months at the time of visa application.

This visa is only applied to New Zealand passport holders.

1) Visa application form with one passport-size photo

2) New Zealand Passport  (It should be vaild over 13 months)

3) Visa processing fee : $126

5) Result of Medical check of your chest X-ray, Blood & Urine test

  1) Chest X-ray
      - Skeleton and soft tissue
      - Cardiac shadow
      - Hilar and lympatic glands
      - Hemidiaphragms and costophrenic angles
      - Lung fields
      - Evidence of TB
      - Evidence suspicious of active TB
   2) Blood & Urine test
      - HBA1C
      - Serum Creatinine
      - Hepatitis B surface antigen (Hep B sAg)
      - Hepatitis C antibody test
      - HIV
      - Syphilis test(VDRL or RPR)
      - Full blood count
6) Travel or Medical insuarace which can cover the period while you stay in Korea. 
   * Your medical insurance product guarantees at least 40 million KRW (=Approximately NZD 50,000)
7) Certified bank account balance statement(with deposit balance of at least NZD 4200

8) Activity Plan for Working Holiday Visa Applicant

9) Certificate of Travel Records

9) Postage included bag(+Tracking & Signature) (If you want to have your passport back to you via courier)

* How many days does it take?

Processing time for H-1 visa is normally five to seven working days (excluding delivery time).

*How can I submit the application the the Korean Embassy?

You can submit it to Korean Embassy (Level 11, Harbour Tower, 2 Hunter St., Wellington, 6011) in person or by a courier.

*How can I pay for the fee?

We accept a bank transfer (01-0505-0783135-06 Korean Embassy), cash and cheque
