Ze względu na awarię systemu Study in Korea, aplikacje na 2026 Global Korea Scholarship (Embassy Track) przyjmowane są wyłącznie w formie papierowej – osobiście lub pocztą na adres Ambasady Republiki Korei w Polsce.

Narodowy Instytut Edukacji Międzynarodowej (National Institute for International Education), mając na celu promowanie wymiany międzynarodowej oraz wspieranie dobrych stosunków pomiędzy krajami uczestniczącymi w programie, ogłasza nabór do 2026 Global Korea Scholarship for Undergraduate Degrees. Program oferuje możliwość podjęcia studiów wyższych w Korei dla studentów z zagranicy.

● Studia licencjackie (1 rok nauki języka koreańskiego + 4–6 lat studiów licencjackich)

Liczba miejsc

● General: 1 osoba
● R-GKS: 1 osoba
※ Kandydaci R-GKS mogą aplikować wyłącznie na Type B universities (szczegóły w Application Guidelines).

Składanie dokumentów (Embassy Track)

Czas i miejsce przyjmowania dokumentów:
6–17 października 2025 r.

• ●Osobiście: od poniedziałku do piątku, w godzinach 9:00–12:00, w Ambasadzie Republiki Korei w Polsce: ul. Szwoleżerów 6, 00-464 Warszawa.

• ●Drogą pocztową: na powyższy adres Ambasady. Dokumenty muszą wpłynąć do Ambasady najpóźniej 17 października 2025 r. (decyduje data doręczenia, nie nadania).

※ Spóźnione zgłoszenia nie będą akceptowane.

Harmonogram aplikacji (Embassy Track)

● Składanie dokumentów: 6–17 października 2025 r.
● Rozmowy kwalifikacyjne: 20–24 października 2025 r. (osobiście w Ambasadzie)
● Ogłoszenie wyników: do 27 października 2025 r.

Ważne informacje

• ●Ambasada skontaktuje się wyłącznie z wybranymi kandydatkami/kandydatami.

• ●Kandydatki/kandydaci odrzuceni w pierwszym etapie mogą odebrać zestaw oryginalnych dokumentów z Ambasady i aplikować poprzez University Track. Trzy zestawy kserokopii nie podlegają zwrotowi.

• ●Wszystkie dokumenty wydane w języku polskim muszą być przetłumaczone na język angielski lub koreański oraz poświadczone notarialnie.

• ●Wszystkie dokumenty muszą posiadać Apostille.

• ●Dokumenty niekompletne lub dostarczone po terminie nie będą rozpatrywane.

• ●Szczegóły znajdują się w załączonym 2026 GKS Application Guidelines.

Due to a system failure of the Study in Korea platform, applications for the 2026 Global Korea Scholarship (Embassy Track) will be accepted only in paper form – either in person or by post to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Poland.

Global Korea Scholarship 2026 – Undergraduate Studies

The National Institute for International Education (NIIED), aiming to promote international exchange and foster friendly relations among participating countries, announces the call for applications for the 2026 Global Korea Scholarship for Undergraduate Degrees. The program offers international students the opportunity to pursue higher education in Korea.

Program

● Undergraduate studies (1 year of Korean language training + 4–6 years of undergraduate studies)

Number of Recipients

● General: 1 student
● R-GKS: 1 student
※ R-GKS applicants may only apply to Type B universities (details in the Application Guidelines).

Submission of Applications (Embassy Track)

Submission Period and Place:
October 6–17, 2025

• ●In person: Monday–Friday, 9:00–12:00, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Poland: ul. Szwoleżerów 6, 00-464 Warsaw.

• ●By post: to the above address of the Embassy. Documents must arrive at the Embassy no later than October 17, 2025 (the date of receipt at the Embassy, not the postmark, will be considered).

※ Late submissions will not be accepted.

Application Schedule (Embassy Track)

● Submission of applications: October 6–17, 2025
● Interviews: October 20–24, 2025 (in person at the Embassy)
● Announcement of results: by October 27, 2025

Important Information

• ●The Embassy will contact only selected candidates.

• ●Candidates not selected in the first round may collect their original documents from the Embassy and re-apply through the University Track. Three sets of photocopies will not be returned.

• ●All documents issued in Polish must be officially translated into English or Korean and notarized.

• ●All documents must be authenticated with an Apostille.

• ●Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

• ●Please carefully review the attached 2026 GKS Application Guidelines before applying.
