Required Documents and Fee
1) Documents (They must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affaris of Palestine in Ramallah)
2) Copy of the Passport (In case of Sending another person such as family or friend, a copy of his/her Passport is also required.)
3) Fee : $4 per document
Important Notes
1) All Documents, such as Gaduation Certificate, Degree Certificate, Transcript, Non-Conviction Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Business Registration Certificate, must be notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Palestine Authority in Ramallah.
2) A Graduation Certificate and a Transcript are considered two documents, requiring $8.
3) The fee must be paid in the exact dollar amount. (No Shekel, No Change.)
4) Bank Transaction Statements cannot be notarized.
5) The Average Processing Time is within 1 month.
