Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uganda

Starting from 1 April 2023, new residence cards will be issued.

· Residence Card: A foreigner who intends to stay in the Republic of Korea for more than 90 days from the date of entry and completed resident registration.

· Permanent Resident Card: A foreigner who holds permanent residence (valid for 10 years)

· Overseas Korean Resident Card: A foreigner who is an overseas Korean with a foreign nationality and has reported his/her place of residence in Korea
