Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Anchorage

On April 17, 2025, Head Consul Joongsuk Park visited Fairbanks and had a meeting with Fairbanks North Star Borough Mayor Grier Hopkins.

During the meeting, they agreed to establish a sister-city relationship between Fairbanks North Star Borough and a potential partner city in Korea to enhance exchanges and cooperation between Korea and Alaska. The Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Anchorage and Fairbanks North Star Borough would actively cooperate to achieve this goal.
