Please be advised of the following requirements when submitting supporting documents for your visa application at the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Guam:
1.Applicants whose travel expenses are financially supported by family members or spouses must provide appropriate supporting documents. In such cases, family relationship certificates(Birth or Marriage) and all related financial documents must meet the requirements below.
2.The Consulate accepts only documents issued in the United States or the Republic of Korea. Applicants must first present the original documents and may then submit copies for processing.
3.Documents issued in third countries will not be accepted unless they have been duly legalized through Apostille certification in accordance with international standards.
This regulation will be strictly enforced going forward. Applicants are strongly encouraged to prepare the proper documentation in advance to avoid delays or rejection of their visa application.
