Notice ★Notice★ Mandatory Reservation Required for All Visa Services

The Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Hagatna will introduce an advance reservation system for visa services starting October 1, 2025 (Wed).
After a one-month trial period, the system will be officially implemented on November 3, 2025 (Mon).

◎ Overview of the Advance Reservation System

Available Reservation Times	Monday – Friday 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 14:00, 15:00 ※ Same-day reservations are not available.
Reservation Method	Reservations must be made online through the “365 Overseas Korean Portal.” ※ Reservations cannot be made by phone or email.
Holidays	■Korean national holidays: Independence Movement Day (Mar 1), Liberation Day (Aug 15), National Foundation Day (Oct 3), and Hangeul Day (Oct 9) ■Guam public holidays (including temporary holidays) ※ For temporary holidays, please check the Notice
Exceptions to Reservation Requirement	① Simple pick-up: previously applied visa, passport. ② Applicants aged 65 and above

◎ How to Make a Reservation

①︎ Access the 365 Overseas Korean Portal (https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do)

②︎ Log in (as a member or non-member).

③ Select “Consulate in Hagatna” under Visit Reservation.

④ Choose the service, reservation date, and time.

⑤ Enter applicant information.
