1. A completed Visa application
2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)
3. Official Passport
4. Temporary Duty Order or Statement of Employment or Official Letter from the Foreign Minister to Certify Your Status
5. For family members: Certificate of Family Relationship for Families of Duty Officer (Birth Certificate or A Marriage Certificate)
6. Visa Fee is waived.
