D-6 (Religious Works) Visa

Eligible Applicants
 - A person who is dispatched to a chapter registered in Korea by the foreign religious body or social welfare organization
 - A person who is dispatched to the related Korean religious organization by the foreign religious body or social welfare organization.
 - A person who is engaged in missionary work or social welfare invited by medical or educational facilities operated by his or her belonging organization.*Except for those who are paid by these bodies or organizations:
 - A person who practices asceticism, trains or studies at a religious body recognized by a Korean religious body.
 - A person who is engaged only in social welfare invited by a Korean religious body or social welfare organization.

 

Required Documents
※ Items subject to change depending on individual circumstances

1. A completed Visa application
2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)
3. Passport (Original)
4. Confirmation of Visa issuance Number (which is issued in local immigration office in Korea)

You May Alternatively submit the Following Documents instead of Visa issuance Number,

1. Temporary Mission Order
2. A Copy of a Certificate from a Religious Organisation or Social Welfare Organisation Establishment
3. A document Proving Relevant Organisation’s Financial Support for the Applicant’s Expenses
