D-9 (Treaty Trade Visa ) Visa

Eligible Applicants 

- An oversea trader who was given an ID number for trading business from the head of Korea Trading Association in accordance with overseas trading law and overseas trading control regulations.
The overseas trader stands for one who performs the entire export-import activities or delegates part or all of such activities for the products, etc such as one who imports or exports, one who was given the power of attorney from the importer or exporter from a foreign company and one who delegates import-export (overseas trade law section 2 number 3).

- A person who desires to establish a company and manage or engage in a profit making business such as trading, etc.
- A person who is dispatched to a public or private organization in Korea to provide technological guidance or supervision for installation, operation, repair of shipbuilding and industrial equipment (machine).
 

  • If you are not a British National, you have to hold residential Visa in UK to apply for Visa through us. (Make a photocopy of your UK visa and submit it with your application)
  • If you are requesting a Visa by post, please be sure to enclose a self-addressed envelope marked with the correct postage to receive your Visa(s).


    Required Documents

    1. A completed Visa application
    2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)
    3. Passport (Original)
    4. Confirmation of Visa issuance Number (which is issued in local immigration office in Korea)

    You May Alternatively submit the Following Documents instead of Visa issuance Number,

    1. Dispatch order letter on Company Headed Paper written by main contractor who is counter part of Korean contractor 
    2. Invitation Letter from the Korean Contractor
    3. A Copy of Shipbuilding Contract or Copy of Technology-Import contract
    4. A Copy of Register Book or Certificate of Business Registration
    5. Documents regarding Import of Business Fund or Business Program
    6. Annual tax payment certificate
