2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)

4. Invitation letter written by F-5 visa holder
5. Reference letter written by F-5 visa holder and notarized by the Public Notary
6. Personal details form for F-2 visa
7. Financial supporting documents of F-5 visa holder: certificate of income, certificate of employment, bank statement etc.
8. Certificate of credit of F-5 visa holder issued by Korea Federation of Banks
9. Criminal back ground check for all countries(mother country and the country where you are staying in).
10. Health certificate of applicant and F-5 visa holder.
11. marriage certificate for spouse, birth certificate for children to confirm family relationship.
