OPEN BID INVITATION [SECURITY SERVICE]

         - The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Malaysia invites quotations from reputed and experienced companies for providing 1-year contract of security service at our Embassy compound located at No. 9 & 11, Jalan Nipah Off Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur. Please refer to Task Instructions and apply.

             ㅇ Estimated cost : 252,818RM
             ㅇ Bid Closing Date : May 2th, 2019 ,
                   - Companies are adviced to send in their bidding registration and required documents to  korem-my@mofa.go.kr .
            ㅇ Successful bidder must sign the contract within 10 days from the date of result announcement. The bidder must sign the Security Oath and Integrity Pact. 
                          - bidders exempted from the bid bond must submit the Memorandum of Bidding Payment in order to ensure the payment of an amount corresponding to the amount of the bid bond as per the Article 37 (4) if the Act. In the events for the reversion to the National Treasury arise under the provisions of Article 9 (3) of the Act, the bidder must immediately pay the bid bond (5/100 of the tendered amount) in cash.
