Due to COVID-19, all visa applicants have to submit additional documents below other than ordinary documents for visa application.

1. A note issued by doctor saying that the applicant doesn't have COVID-19. The note older than 48 hours will be rejected.

2. Condition report (att. 1)

3. Facility Quarantine Agreement (att. 2)

If your inviting company wants you not to be in quarantine, the inviting company should contact Ministry dealing with their industry. (for example, Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy)

After the Embassy received information from the Ministry saying that you are on the list of applicants who are exempted from quarantine, we can issue you an Isolation Exemption Ceritifcate.

You have to fill out the Quarantine Exemption Certificate Application (att. 3) and Quarantine Exemption Agreement (att. 4) bring them to the Embassy.
