Consul General Lee paid a courtesy call to the Speaker of the NSW Legislative Assembly

On Tuesday 7 February 2023, Consul General Taewoo Lee of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney paid a courtesy call to the Speaker of the NSW Legislative Assembly (Lower House), The Hon. Jonathan O'Dea, BA, LLM, MBA MP at Parliament House, Sydney.
Consul General Lee and The Hon. Speaker discussed Korea-NSW relations. They agreed to further expand and develop the ties in various areas based on the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Korea and Australia, which was upgraded on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties in 2021.
Taking the opportunity, Consul General Lee expressed his sincere gratitude for The Hon. Speaker’s active engagement and endeavors for Korea-NSW relations and sincerely requested his continued support for Korean companies and the Korean community in NSW.
