Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney

On Tuesday 15th August 2023, Consul-General Taewoo Lee attended the 78th Commemoration of the National Liberation Day of Korea at the Sydney Korean Community Centre, and delivered the President's congratulatory message. The ceremony began with a celebratory performance by the Yeonhwa Dance Team, followed by the reading of the Memorial Speech for the Chairman of the Liberation Association, the President's congratulatory speech, the recitation of the Declaration of Korean Identity,singing of liberation songs, and concluding with three cheers of "Manse."
