On Friday 15th August 2025, Consul-General Yongjun Choi attended the 80th Commemoration of the National Liberation Day of Korea, Gwangbokjeol at the Sydney Korean Community Centre, and delivered the President's congratulatory speech as well as a special message to overseas Koreans.
