【 Update your passport details】

If you hold a valid Korean Visa approved from Korean Consulate in Sydney, and need to change your passport details, you should apply for it online here(KOREA VISA PORTAL)

(1) www.visa.go.kr ⇒ Application ⇒ Change of Passport Information

(2) Put your personal details(Name, DOB, Visa number, Passport number) ⇒ Register

(3) Put old passport & new passport details ⇒ Submit

【 Print out ‘Visa Grant Notice’】

‘Visa Grant Notice’ is used to prove you hold a valid Korean visa. All visa holders are required to present the document to immigration officers during immigration clearance. Visa Grant Notice is valid printed either in color, or black and white.
 

(1) Visit www.visa.go.kr ⇒ Application Status/Issue ⇒ Click ‘Check Application Status & Print’.

(2) Enter your Passport number, Name and Date of Birth, and Click the ‘Search’ button.

(3) If your visa application has been approved, visa details will appear at page bottom.

(4) Click the ‘Visa Grant Notice’ button and print out the document.
