3. A passport photo (35*45mm taken in recent 6 months)

5. Current Australian Visa Grant Notice

  * If you hold a passport from one of the following countries, you should provide an Australian Visa Grant Notice that proves you continuously have been staying in Australia more than 2 years at the time of Korean visa application.

※ 1 ~ 5 are common required documents for C-3-1, C-3-4, C-3-9 visa applicants. Please check the information below for extra documents.

  * Confirmation letter from the organization, Documents introducing the conference/event/training

  * Business registration certificate of the organization(conference/event/exhibit holder)

6. An official letter from your company in Australia (details of your business trip)

7. An Invitation letter from Korean company

8. A copy of Business registration certificate of Korean company

6. Round trip flight ticket/itinerary (to Korea)

7. Proof of residence (in Korea)

  * Confirmation of booked accommodation(e.g. Hotel, Airbnb)

8. Australian bank transaction lists for the recent 3 months (Minimum closing balance should be more than 3,000 AUD at the time of visa application)

  * Please provide an up-to-date transaction list which was issued less than a week at the time of application.

  * Account holder and visa applicant must be the same person.

9. Prepaid express post platinum envelope from the post office for return of your passport

  * Only if you are submitting the visa application by post mail or if you cannot pick up your passport in person

◆ Visa Processing Time

Approximately 7 working days from the date of documents submission. (Post delivery time is not included.)

Post : Approximately 10 working days from the date of documents arrived. (Post delivery time is not included.)

※ Please note that it might take more if the case needs additional supplementary documents.

※ Express visa service is NOT available.

◆ Visa Validity

※ Please note that issued visa is valid for 3 months, which means you must enter Korea within 3 months.
