◆ Eligible Applicants
- A foreign language instructor at a (private) language academy
- An elementary, middle, and high school teacher selected by the head of a Local District School Board or the Minister of the Education
◆ How to Lodge Visa Application
- Visiting the office : Mon ~ Fri, 9:00AM ~ 12:00PM
- Sending required documents by post mail

※ If you obtained a Confirmation of Visa Issuance Number(VIN) from Korea, you are required to submit the following documents to the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea.
1. Visa Application form (Visa Issuance Number holder only)
2. Original passport
3. A passport photo (35*45mm taken in recent 6 months)

If you have signed a contract with the Minister of Education, Science and Technology or the head of a district school board and want to teach at an elementary, middle, and high school as a foreign language teaching assistant.
1. Visa Application form (General)
2. Original passport
3. A passport photo (35*45mm taken in recent 6 months)
4. Visa fee (Cash, Money order, Bank cheque)
5. Notice of Appointment for EPIK or an acceptance letter for TALK scholars
6. Employment contract with the head of a school district school board (Signatures needed)
7. Prepaid express post platinum envelope from the post office for return of your passport
* Only if you are submitting the visa application by post mail or if you cannot pick up your passport in person
◆ Visa Processing Time
Approximately 7 working days from the date of documents submission. (Post delivery time is not included.)
