All visitors are highly requested to make an appointment via website (https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do) prior to visiting the Consulate General of Republic of Korea in Hamburg.

ㅇ How to make an appointment through the website

1. Visit website : https://www.g4k.go.kr/en/main.do

2. Click icon ‘Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission’, the first icon in Service

3. Log-in as non member followed all instruction

 - You can choose the date with available time. (If you cannot see available time on the date you selected, you should select an another date.)

4. Once you complete your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.

※ Please bring all necessary documents with the reservation confirmation receipt when you visit our office. (Visa Application by post is not possible.)
