BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the ingress and egress of all visitors to the consular section occurs  in an orderly manner in accordance with existing procedures, in close coordination with the consular section and local security. The incumbent will also be available to answer applicant questions, assist with perform pre-intake checks of visa forms and photos.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.

1. EDUCATION

 At least four years of post-secondary(technical or university) education is required. (S1)

2. LANGUAGE

 Speaking/Reading/Writing of Indonesian and English is required.

 (Give a preference to Korean linguists)

3. JOB KNOWLEDGE

 Within three months of entry, a thorough knowledge of all consular system and processing procedures is required.

 Prior to entry, basic understanding of Indonesian civil and family law procedures is required.
