  • ●Only Korean nationals can apply for a letter of entitlement. Irish nationals may apply for a letter of entitlement, in that case you must email at irekoremb@mofa.go.kr to check whether or not you qualify for this.

  • ●Notary service: 9:30 ~ 12:00, 14:00-16:30 Monday to Friday (Appointment needed)

  • ●You are supposed to visit the Embassy for this service.


Required Documents

        1. Korean Driving Licence

        2. Driving licence translation

           * Translation form and sample are attached below.

           * The Embassy does not provide translation services.

           * Translations should be typed and printed out (No handwriting).

        3. Passport

        4. Fee €3.60 (Card payment only)

        5. Copy of ARC/VISA/Entry and Exit stamps (Irish nationals Only)
