*予約は必ず訪問者本人の名前で予約しなければならず、 
予約1件につき1人のみ受付可能(家族の場合のみ(住民票基準)、最大5人まで可能）

*Reservations must be made under the visitor's name, with one person per reservation (up to 5 for families).

*予約が必要ない場合:満65歳以上の者/人道的目的/査証発行認定番号所持者 

*No Reservation Required For: Persons 65 years of age or older / Humanitarian cases /

3.訪問受付

(Visit Reception)

▶︎領事館入口で予約事項を確認して入場

Confirm your reservation at the consulate entrance and enter

▶︎3階の案内デスクで番号札を受け取ってから順番に受付

(予約時間より30分以上早く来たり、遅れた場合は受付不可)

Proceed to the information desk on the 3rd floor, take a number, and wait for your turn

(Arrivals more than 30 minutes early or late will not be accepted)

▶︎審査部署にて審査(約2週間程度) / 

Screening by the review department (approximately 2 weeks)

＊︎当館の都合により審査期間が長くなる可能性あり

＊︎審査部署から追加書類またはインタビュー要請がある場合がある

＊︎The review period may be extended due to the consulate's circumstances.

＊︎Additional documents or an interview may be requested by the review department
